At last a comment from Mike!! You see the lengths- or depths- I’m prepared to go to to get that?? By the way Tom “quite normal” is of course represented by this photo which would be right in the middle of a spectrum of normality, with various degrees abnormalities positive and negative on either side stretching to infinity.
